(just some of the pictures that we took for the data part of the experiment)
The fifth graders at Jordan's school are required to do a science fair project. So, we have known about this for a couple months, but, really haven't worked on it in earnest until this week. Not a good plan.
Feeling overwhelmed by all that is going on this week, I was in tears Sunday night stressing about the "crunchy cereal" project that was due this week. It is really my fault for procrasinating until this week, but it's not like life wasn't this busy two months ago, or even two weeks ago.
So, here's fingers crossed that Jordan gets a good grade!

I'm with ya here, make sure to save the data for future projects!

It becomes manditory once again in 7th grade. This time is has to be a project where you have a control group & experimental group. Even though Cory has had to turn in each part of the project separately throughout the quarter, I'm still in the process of nagging him to finish it all up before it's due Thursday.
I want to cry just thinking I have that to look forward to! Do they give them a subject, or do they have to come up with it all on their own?
Fun times! I used to love doing Science Fair projects. I don't think I will like it as much as a parent.
I just made your cookie exchange recipe. JD had to take something to work tomorrow. They are having a holiday pot luck of some sort. Anyway... they turned out awesome. Thanks for posting the recipe.
