Drew and Kennedy participated in a 1K run for charity, the Jingle Bell Run, today.
Drew was so excited last night, and really wanted the race to start by gunshot (leave it to my kid to incorporate guns into everything!)
They were outfitted with little jingle bells on their toes, and every kid was assigned #1.
The racers all donated toys, and the day was the kind of beautiful December desert day (except the wind) that we all love.

Cute pictures. What a great big sister Kennedy is. I love how they are holding hands. I'm glad they were able to partipate and have a good time. I can't remember how they started the race. Did they just say go?
I really miss that run. My kids always loved the jingle run.
