The HAPPIEST Dieter on earth!

So, taking a page from my super awesome husband, and many friends, I am trying to get back on the dieting wagon. I know, I know, how many times can one say that with a straight-up serious face? Let's see, this is the 1, 001th attempt at a size with out a X in front of it, and bras without more than 3 hooks...
So, I am well stocked in the turkey/egg beaters/lean cuisine division. I just thought that it would be cool if....
-just watching The Biggest Loser would somehow take off a pound or two?
-every time you deny yourself something (CHOCOLATE!) you automatically get some kind of weight loss(a half pound per chocolate denial?)
-drinking a diet coke with any meal would automatically take off 100 calories
-and come one, every stinkin load of laundry should take off an inch or two!

So, if someone can make this happen, let me know...I'd be the HAPPIEST Dieter on earth!

My Fairy Yard-Mother!

I have a fairy yard-mother, and her name is Laura. She is my neighbor and friend, and is a super amazing woman. She has helped me get my backyard in order, and this last week spent almost 4 hours helping me get my front yard looking pretty. We had fun chatting and making my yard look so nice and clean. I hope to repay the favor, and she said I could help her paint her block wall, sweet deal, huh! This is a great system, either outsource, or trade with friends the big jobs.

So, the other day, I'm in the car, no kids are fighting, the windows are down, its a great day. The sun is shining, singing along to my faves on 92.9-and then, a commercial. I have said in previous posts that I will find anything to fill in the void, thus explaining my little Drew's knowledge of "Womanizer" and "Fergilicious".
So, I quickly look for some decent tunes...

I am coming up short, but man, you can't kill my mood, so I turn to 94.9 ( c'mon, admit you go there too, actually I love listening to it at night just to hear crazy Delilah)On comes the smooth sounds of Billy Ocean, so yeah, I belted out a version of Caribbean Queen that no Dodge Caravan has ever seen.
No, my nerdiness knows no bounds.

Also, on Saturday, Kennedy had her last volleyball game, and what do you know ? They won their first set of the WHOLE SEASON! It was great, we jumped and celebrated, I was so glad for the girls, it has been a gift to help out and be around so much energy and fun!
