Blessings

I wanted to share this e-mail from my sister in law, Gina. She wrote me to update on my little nephew Mason's progress(he has autism). They pay huge amounts of money every month in therapy, but the Lord KNOWS their challenges, this is why I know...

"One day after paying bills, Andrew and I sat down and talked about what we were going to do. I had been praying all day for something to help us. Later that evening Jenni and Russ were over and we started to talk about different options, loans, funding, a foundation, something. In the middle of our conversation the doorbell rang. Russ opened it and it was a man from our church. He came to meet us and said he had been thinking about the Baxter family for weeks. That particular night he wanted to go home being tired from a day at work but he had a feeling he just needed to come visit us. As he sat down he asked why we moved here. I explained Mason's condition and the therapy services offered here compared to Vegas. He asked me where on the spectrum Mason was. Rigth then I knew he had something to do with autism because people just don't ask that question. Come to find out, he is a lawyer for chidren with special needs, what are the chances. He went on to explain that families have gotten the school district to pay for services that are working for their children and that he would be happy to work with us to get Mason's therapy paid for. What a true blessing and an obvious answer to my prayers. I know it is going to take months to get it done but atleast there is a light at the end of the tunnel now."

Thanks for sharing that story. I hope they will continue to be blessed. Stories like this help me remember that I always need to act on my promptings, you just never know when the lord will use you to help someone else. I could be so much better at that.
